Kazuki is a postdoctoral fellow in the McNeill Lab. His research interests are the development of spontaneous gestures in preschool and school-aged children. He is investigating when these gestures emerge and how they change with age. He is trying to understand these issues in terms of the relationship between narrative development, spatial cognition and culture.
